This is my 86 Mustang in its early days. Not much done here but shocks and springs. stock 10" brakes. Eych! This was at the "NAS Grand Prix" event held by Tidewater Sports Car Club at the Naval Air Station in Norfolk VA. Large, clean, wonderful concrete. In its real life, the site was a helo landing/parking area.
This is the SCCA National Tour event at the NAS Norfolk. I was running CP against several past SCCA National Champions,,,and actually won the event. it was a blast. I think this was on my second transmission by this time...I ran Goodyear/Hoosier slicks at this event.
This is my 86 Mustang at Charlotte Motor Speedway back in 94. I was using the 245/50-15 R1's on a set of 15x8 black steel Diamond Racing Wheels. The air dam was a great advantage on the high speed backstraight. I didn't have the 3.55 gears in it yet. They came shortly thereafter.

This is the car at Roebling Road back in spring of 98. I'm running 265/50-15 R1's on it by now. With that gearing, i was able to get 135 on the front straight. Good run that weekend. Roebling was more fun than I thought it would be. Turn one was a blast if you got it right. Good and fast.
My car and tow rig in camp at Summit Point at the PONIES at the POINT high performance driving school held by Car Guys over the July 4th weekend in 1998. I've attended all of these track events since the first. I believe 1999 will be the 4th annual.
Summit Point "Ponies at the Point" July 4th weekend 2000.  This is down in the turn 6/7 area.
